Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Once again I am contacting someone about this location. It is the absolute worst location in existence. I have been placing my orders at locations in Franklin Square, Rockville Center and Queens County because of the atrocities that occur here. I ordered 5 items today and received 4. Had to return to be met with a team that had no communication between each other, and the little communication was nasty. The team prepared other items while I stood there at the counter. Eventually I said my food is getting cold, please bring me my item and finally asked can I have my money back. The cashier asked the team to prepare the item for me and they refused. The cashier had to prepare it herself while there were customers behind me waiting to place orders. The drive-thru cashier asked the manager to come up to speak with me and the manager refused, flat out ignored us in the front and went to hide in the back. The food comes out sloppy and undercooked every single time I go to this location. I try it every couple months with high hopes it will change because it is a lot more convenient than other locations and every time I am met with...

God Awful Taco Bell. Lines that are from another planet. I can't even begin to describe how long it takes to get food at this establishment. If you're unfortunate enough to go for their gimmick "breakfast" be prepared to have their employees stare at you until you leave. (owner must love paying these ppl to avoid customers and take up space. seems to be the culture there) Will often take 10 plus mins after placing an order to produce a single dollar item. I will literally only go to this place if i'm desperate and there's not a single human being inside. Otherwise you'll be waiting 10-20 mins for their mickey mouse "food". Have had a saturday morning manager actually tell me he's sorry. he showed up late to work and that's why there's no food in the morning and i can wait for 20 mins to produce food or go somewhere else (which do you think i did? went to a deli and got food...

I'm am very disappointed with the experience I had here. Today at around 10AM, I placed an order on TacoBell's website to PICKUP at 4:30PM. I've done this with them before and have never had an issue. At around 4:45PM I pulled into the drive thru and was told that my order was already made in the MORNING despite the fact that the TacoBell app has it as a 4:30 pickup and still did not say it was ready by that time. After going back and forth with about 3 people at the window, I was basically told that they can't prepare my order again because they couldn't see it anymore. I would have to do the whole order over again and wait and it was a large order. I am very disappointed and surely will not be going back to TacoBell, period.
