Looking Fresh Laundry — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I've been coming here for years, I know Dion pretty well. But as of late I've been questioning myself why I still come here. 3 things that have bothered me. No air conditioning - Last year the cleaning lady told me that the air. conditioning broke and Dion was going to get it repaited. As of last night still no comfort. Only fans. Hey Dion it's hot as anything in your astonishment. Half of the washers are not working for the longest time. If 2 people come in with alot of laundry you're screwed. Bathroom is always locked unless Dion is there or another employee. If it is open there's a huge machine in there's a huge machine in there. No room to wash your hands or anything. Where are we suppose to go.to the bathroom when nobody is here? Seems like as of late Dion doesn't care about his customers, he just wants the money and who cares about the people. Let them sweat and beg the other stores in the shopping center to use there bathroom which won't happen.

I cannot give names Though I will tell you They claim to be family owned n family ran They care about you /family as much as the stranger down the block 1/2 the machines do not work There is no where to go to the bathroom There is no where to wash your hands You’d think since Covid there maybe hand sanitizer available Hopefully if you do use this place Make sure you are fully equipped Bring bottle of water, paper towels n hand sanitizer Last time I had to bring Clorox cleanups Someone had used the table where you fold your clothes as a changing station…….GROSS to say the least Needles to say in search of a new place to do laundry Someone has recommended “ The Laundry Palace” in Island Park I live in Lynbrook It’ll be worth the ride Good Luck Fellow Laundry...

This laundry mat is ok but it's overly priced. The owner of the laundry mat is arrogant, disrespectful to his customers and sarcastic. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no where else to go. It's alright but there's obviously a reason why not too many people go there. If you can go to another laundry mat then do it. Don't waste your time here, there's other laundry mats in the area. I am one unsatisfied customer who is highly shocked at his inappropriate behavior.
