Michaels Electric Supply — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I have been there 2x,,, never got any thing accomplished here,, never EVEN talked to any one at the counter. I could understand that the TRADE'S come first, but if there are 3-4 electricians in front of you , you WILL be there for 20-40 min...... there should be a better plan. Both times I just left and walked out frustrated. Another thing is that it's impossible to park there, there are spots inside, you'll never get one, they are for the trades that spend $$$$, not for the homeowner...

Joe at Michael's is a pleasure to speak with I had been searching all day for a specific light bulb and was quoted $9.00 for each T 12 96" inch light bulb for my store exterior, The reason why I gave it FIVE STARS? The other places I called were trying to charge me $50.00 dollars for the same bulb. Another almost Sixty!! If you want a good deal and a company that treats their customers with respect call these people. Hands...

First its a good store very throughout, however it took entirely too long for a transaction that should have take like 5 mins... and I think its because this place is more so for handy persons, like I knew what I wanted and asked for it however was met with a million extra steps.... all of which I guess would be reasonable for a business but not the casual person...
