I recently had the pleasure of working with Nuteriors to restore an inherited rosewood dining set, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. The set included a large table and 8 dining chairs that were in seriously rough shape, along with two antique library chairs. The team completely refinished, restored, and reupholstered the dining set, and refinished the library chairs to perfection.

From the beginning, communication with the owner, Steven, and his technician, Luis, was outstanding. They were responsive, clear, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. They also went out of their way to accommodate our building’s strict rules for pickup and delivery, organizing everything seamlessly. The coordination was incredibly efficient and made the process stress-free.

One of the most impressive aspects of the experience was how quickly the work was completed. Despite the amount of detailed work involved, the turnaround time was fast without any compromise to quality. The craftsmanship was impeccable. The chairs, which were nearly unusable, are now fully functional and comfortable, and every single piece looks and feels brand new.

The price for this high quality craftsmanship is definitely unbeatable. Compared to other estimates I received, Steven's pricing was extremely reasonable. Thanks to that, we were able to restore and keep these sentimental, high-quality pieces that are sure to last for years to come.
