My recent visit to Taco Bell was unfortunately a letdown. The ambiance left much to be desired as the countertops were visibly dirty, and the sauce section looked like it hadn't been attended to in quite some time. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and this aspect was sorely lacking.
Now, onto the food itself. Portion sizes were surprisingly small, leaving me unsatisfied. It's disheartening when you're looking forward to a fulfilling meal and end up with less than you'd expect. What added to the frustration was the fact that despite clearly stating my preference to substitute beef for chicken, my order consistently arrived with the wrong protein. This inconsistency in fulfilling customer requests is a significant drawback.
Moreover, there were instances where the staff failed to provide a receipt. Having a record of the transaction is not only convenient for customers but also essential for any potential issues or discrepancies that may arise. This lack of attention to detail raises concerns about the overall efficiency and professionalism of the staff.
In conclusion, my experience at this Taco Bell fell short of my expectations. Cleanliness, portion sizes, and accuracy in fulfilling orders all contributed to a less-than-pleasant dining experience. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to enhance the overall quality of service at this...
Read moreTotally just got profiled. 🤨 Called my wife to confirm the slushies we got were correct and the older woman working the night shift says “Sir, why’d you call the customer the order is on the receipt!” “Um, I’m not an uber, it’s my wife?”
Then trying to grab one sauce packet: “SIR, I put enough sauce in the (sealed) bag.”
Me: Well, can I have more it’s a big order.
Her: Wait… moves the trays full of every kind of sauce closer to her. What kind of sauce do you need?
Me: Fire.
She then proceeds to put her hands over the sauce like I’m some animal and goes under the desk to grab a hard ball of sauce bags that were punctured and old and drops it on the counter.
I got sauce all over my hand and left.
*Also a very bad place for pickup or ordering online since most of the time I have to fill the drinks up myself on pickup.
I never see drinks ready to go and wonder if every pickup order is filled by the pickup person.*
Just hoping for a...
Read moreBEWARE of this location. I went here opening weekend at 12am on a Sunday. They close 1am and the red headed drive through lady forgot to give me my credit card back. I didn’t notice as I received a receipt but I went back and it was closed. Fast forward to 3am I get bank notifications of fraudulent charges at a CVS in Jackson Heights. I filed a police report and they basically can’t do anything. I complained to the manager and have yet to hear back from anyone. Hire trash employees and this the result. Hopefully karma will take care of them and the location fails. I rather drive 10 mins east to the other...
