Went this past weekend after receiving a flyer about their grand opening and promo of buy 1 get 1. Downloaded the app and ordered online. The flyer only mentioned about the promo and about their app. Placed the order, specifically ordered the items mentioned in the flyer to avail the free tea. Paid through the app, thinking they probably need to adjust my total when I pick up, giving this location the benefit of a doubt, got to the store and as I inquire about the promo, the person that handed me the drinks was somewhat surprise and have to ask another person / staff re: the promo. They then proceeded and tell me that it is only for “in store order” and not available for on line orders. I showed them the flyer and pointed out that no where in the flyer it mentioned about the restrictions not availability or rules about the promo. They then said it was a mistake and I should just reach out to customer service. Went in line on their website and there is no direct information about customer service simple a contact us link that you have to laboriously have to go through a fine tooth comb to even begun formulating an email staying the incident. Read moreOrdered from them many times through uber and in person .In person drinks are usually ok but through uber they often get my order wrong . I always get all drinks at 70 % sweet but from time to time they mess up and make them over-sweetened . Never complained before but today through uber order 3 out of 4 drinks were way too sweet and mango drink had no ice at all. Called the store to inform them of that without asking for any refund but instead the lady trying to tell me that my order was done correctly . I tried to explain that I often buy and I know when it is 70 percent sweet verses what I got today . As for no ice in a mango drink she blamed uber driver for not delivering it on time. That was not the case . He delivered it promptly. How can uber driver melt the ice only in 1 drink because my other 3 drinks had normal amount of ice . Read moreWent to this new location and ordered a cocoa cream wow. This is my favorite drink from Kung fu tea but it was terrible at this location. It is not supposed to be made with powder just lactaid and the wow bubbles. The drink tastes so chalky even the bubbles tasted chalky. I opened the lid and you can see the white chalky powder. The wow bubbles are usually sweet and these were not at all. I called the location and the guy that answered me was so rude. I started saying that I think my drink was made incorrectly and he said thank you have a nice day and hung up. Great first impression for a new business. They need to go take a lesson from the people at the Williston park location and learn how to make the drinks properly, cook the wow bubbles and interact with customers. I will drive the extra distance to go to Williston park when I want something from here which is what I did because this was terrible.
