If I could give double stars I would. I have a boba place near my house and I still prefer this one even if its farther away, I tried the waffles and they are so delicious freshly made and so fluffy. I recommend the Thai brown sugar if you like something cold and warm but sweet and the matching waffles and drink. Probably by far the best Boba place I been to I go everytime after work and the fried chicken is good the bobas are at a fair price and the large is probably like a liter size. They recently got macaroons and are put in really cute small cases....
