Havenât even gotten the store yet and didnât know about their âtreasure huntâ policy I simply called just to see if I would be making a trip for nothing and wanted to check to see if what I was looking for was possibly in stock. Again I didnât know that employees are technically not allowed too but the store manager was really rude and nasty about it because Iâm sure he gets 100 calls daily of people asking the same without knowing the policy you canât expect everyone to do simple human things and actually read the policy I guess but you also donât have to be rude about it and ruin the whole experience of having a totally new business/shopping company in our area that most of us never even been too even out of state. As a store manager you are supposed to set the experience for us to be excited for the treasure hunt and understand why the policy is written the way it is. If you can get that message across in a better way I think you would have a lot more happy customers flourishing through the doors. The item I was looking for was probably the biggest box they ever had in the toy aisle and Iâm sure any collector can guess what it was at this very moment. I just thought it was unrealistic for him to tell me if there was atleast one in store he didnât even let me tell him what the item was. Iâll just wait until the store by me opens locally hopefully they will be nicer. First store in NY you should take...
Read moreRoss finally made it to New York, But why in Hempstead why not in green acres mall, Itâs so nice to have a ROSS HERE NEVERTHELESS. Iâve always been a huge fan of Ross in California and love the sales and deals that they offer in each department. Keep in mind that it just opened 7/18/25 and I got there 2 days later and it was like a tornado blew through the entire store. It was people everywhere and the parking lot was full to capacity. The lines were moving every cashier was open from 1-10 I was impressed with the way they were all working together to get the customers in and out. Security was so nice and pleasant to all who entered the store. They are an asset to nyc and I was happy to see them here in Long Island. Stop in and see for yourself the biggest deals they have high end clothing and footwear for reasonable and affordable prices. Their products are up to date styles and they also have a great houseware section that you will love also. Check it out and thank me later. I promise you wonât be disappointed. I know that I will be back sooner than later. FYI: go when everyoneâs at work itâs less foot traffic. Never on the weekends and Insider sources tell me new restock is done every Tuesday. Have a great shopping...
