T.J. Maxx — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I’ve been a frequent shopper at T.J.Maxx and Marshalls for years, but recently, I’ve noticed a decline in the shopping experience. Many of the stores I’ve visited lately have been messy, disorganized, and overcrowded with merchandise.

The aisles are often cluttered, making it difficult to navigate, especially during busy hours. Items are frequently out of place or piled haphazardly, which makes finding what I need more time-consuming. Additionally, some areas, like the fitting rooms or checkout lines, seem understaffed, leading to longer wait times and a less enjoyable shopping experience.

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to share with you my experience in TJMAXX located Hempstead. I went in there for a babyshower gifts, stood in line the cashier called next we exchange our greetings. The young man name Edwin started ringing my items up then proceeded to fold them like he work in the city at some high-end store. Edwin folded those items so neat, I was chock because usually cashiers just roll items up and throw them in the bag. If i could leave no stars i would. Mom needed a new bag, sounds simple enough right? Figured T.J. Maxx would have many options and they did but they nasty people they have working there?! I politely asked 2 different customer service people who were in the aisles and both of them turned me away. Finally the kind woman in the fitting room paged someone overhead to come help me get a bag(cuz most bags are secured and u need someone to unlock it).
