The store is too cluttered; there's like 200 things hanging on a rack fit for 100! It took way too long to find the items I was looking for, and had it not been for my mom wanting them, I would've left damn near soon as I came in. The associate wasn't really pleasant either; I get not wanting to be at work, but while you're there, FAKE IT! Finally, I wanted to pay with a credit card and the machine asked for my pin; we tried it 3 times, same thing, no option for CREDIT for my CREDIT card. So I used my debit card and what pops up, the option to use the debit part or the 'debit MasterCard'...how f*n ironic I get a credit option with the debit card but not with the CREDIT card! My first and last visit...

The selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories in this store is amazing!! The store is always very neat and clean! I’ve been shopping 🛍️ at this Rainbow for years, and I have always had amazing customer service! There is such a positive, friendly vibe in this store, and I just love shopping here!!! The manager is courteous and accommodating, and the sales associates are very friendly and helpful! BIG UPS to Rainbow Shops in Hempstead, 290 Peninsula Blvd.!! The chubby Spanish young girl at the register has an absolutely nasty attitude! On at least 5 occasions communicating at the store with her, she spoke with an attitude for me simply asking if an item is returnable or just telling her I’m ready to pay for my clothes. I don’t know if she’s just nasty to black people, but I did notice she spoke better to the Spanish customers who were there those 5 times I had a bad experience with her. I can spend MY...
