If you read through some of the reviews youāll see this store has very poor customer service when it comes to returns, well damn they definitely lived up to it once again.
Hereās the story; I bought a 9.5 fire red 5 in the Harlem store but when I got home the shoe felt tight. I decided to exchange the shoe the next day at the Jamaica store. Unfortunately they only had a 10.5 so I went with that. When I got home once again the shoe just didnāt feel right. The next day I went to the rosedale store to return the 10.5 and potentially have them order a size 10 if that couldāve been done. The girl standing at the door was very nice and told me I could do the return and have them place an order for me at the register.
The manager happened to be the at the counter and started processing the return, at that point his assistant walked over and they both start whispering to each other āwhy did Jamaica send him hereā āIām gonna call another store and send him thereā just going off between each other as Iām standing right infront of them⦠first off Iām standing in your store, why do I need to travel 30 min to another store? Then he proceeds to call the other store and tries sending me there. After I explained to him I couldnāt travel there and would rather just return the shoe he became really rude with me and threw the shoes back in my face telling me heās not doing the return.
At this point I had no other choice but to travel to the other store because this incompetent manager refuses to do his job. Upon reaching the green acres mall store, the store owner proceeds to tell me that this manager called him up telling him to not sell me the shoe, and to refuse the refund.
The owner frantically asks me what happen at the other store? I explained to him and he was just as confused as I was⦠anyways he proceeded to do the right thing, exchanged my shoes for the right size and I was on my way.
No wonder this store makes no money. Any time you walk in there itās always empty. Staff are always rude to their customers. Relax buddy youāre a grown man in your mid thirties working a register, calm yourself. Anyways itās a shame, employees like him...
Ā Ā Ā Read morehi, I went into this snipes thinking I could make an even exchange on my item. one guy was very nice and super helpful finding sizes for me. there's a girl that work's there and an assistant manager that were being very rude. I went in there to do an even exchange and the guy that was working the closing shift told me I couldn't do the exchange how I got to return my item back to green acres since "they don't have more pairs of item/ never received the sneaker in the first place" (last pair). per prior visits I had this encounter which is very unnecessary and I believe new and actual customer service workers should be demanded at a store like snipes in 5 towns . ive been going to snipes since they were jimmy jazz and I don't appreciate the encounter I had at the 5 town's snipes. not only that they didn't want to take my item back, bro was trying to make me pay more $ for the said item even though I used my military id. no!!!!!!! I demand employees at snipes to inform and educate on even exchange with my paper receipt.!!!! I hope this get's to management so we can move forward in this. this is very dissapointing. this would have never happened at snipes at green acres mall. the manager at snipes green acres is profoundly polite and would much rather spend my money at green acres snipes rather than 5...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came here to buy sneakers, their products are great and the lady on the floor helped me out right away and very kindly. When I went to checkout they honored my military discount, but these two ladies were talking inappropriately like they were on the streets, talking about sucking d* and they tried to sell me on socks and when I said no, they began to talk about shoving the socks down each other's mouths right in front of my mother. When you are at work you act appropriately and professionally, that is what is asked of you. The mmanage had nothing to say except give a fake story about how he went to go return something the other week and the same happened to him, trying to justify...
