I have to share my experience with a sales rep NADIA, her attitude is absolutely disgusting. As I was checking out she was so angry slamming things onto the desk and throwing my items. After I finished checking out she threw a pen on the desk almost landing on the floor this type of behavior will not be tolerated and I will be calling corporate. There’s no way they have these disturbed individuals working not acceptable at all! NADIA need to be fired immediately and the next time I go into this establishment I will be recording and sending it straight to corporate. I’m not tolerating slimy behavior. no is asking you to be cheerful all the time but nasty behavior from a grown women is not acceptable in no way shape or form. Let this be a warning to NADIA fix your behavior before you...

So I’ve been here a few times and they have a great Selection on Christmas decorations and trees. Prices are decent.

I had an experience and I will never come back here. It was Christmas Eve and I got there at 8:58 PM due to traffic, They were closing at 9pm security refused to let me in told me oh well come back the next day. I explain to him that I couldn’t come back the next day. There was literally still customers checking out and shopping and all I needed was to grab one item. Even one customer stated really? Just let her in. He debated with me until about 9:10 when they actually closed. Very rude they lost my business. They also should of had extended there hours for holidays would of got better business...

Everything here is very cheap in quality. Do not buy the food here, it's often outdated and gross or moldy. Things like stationary are okay. Furniture and clothes are flimsy. Buy everything like you're going to keep it because this place will give you hell for a refund. Every time I come, the refund line is longer than the check out lines. Very cluttered and overwhelming store. Employees all seem bored or annoyed. Asked to speak to the manager and they had me wait over an hour to see him, he was just in his office the whole time doing who knows what. Probably won't go back, there are better bargain...
