I always come to 12.6 all the time , it’s been a couple of times I came I sat at the bar the young lady name SHARON , attitude is always disgusting , it’s outrageous how she still works there . As well as I like the 1 specific server to serve me every time I come here she give me great service ,her name is Tonya , the food good and so are the drinks , bottles are a great price as well , but this time I came it’ was a big deal over sections I don’t want to sit by the door I wanted to sit somewhere else but it was a big issue which I don’t understand as to why … I wanted Tonya to serve me , people come for the experiences that they receive , every time I came she never has an attitude she just a great person ,fast forward I was told I need to get up out of my seat by Leah and go sit by the door because that’s Tonya section . As I am very disappointed I’m a server as well I come here for the good vibes right after work because it so close but I’m very very disappointed with the way things are being dealt with by a supervisor name Leah I’m so confused as to why this is a big deal as of this moment . I’m disappointed I spend good money here and I’m outer mostly very disappointed! Read moreWe stopped by early in the week on an off night late Tuesday. The place was empty by 9ish and had a 7-8 people come through before 11:30 pm. The music was extremely loud and the DJ was not horrible. He talked a lot but he was West Indian lol. The drinks were decent and prices were typical after happy hour. Lots of patrons were eating so the food must be okay. There were two servers that doubled as the bartender as well. Service is not quick and if you see someone making drinks, catch them to place your order at the bar. They have TVs to watch sports and the game is usually on the largest one. Music is a mix and dancehall, hip hop, and 2000s urban. The DJ wants you to have a good time, whether the venue is at capacity or not. My Tito’s & pineapple were $13 per. I wanted a mule but they couldn’t make it. Cool casual lounge with no dress code restrictions. Parking is suspect and we took advantage of the free front facing spots. No towing or tickets...
Read moreI had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the service made the evening truly special. Our server, Linval, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that did not disappoint.
The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious — you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. What stood out most, however, was the personal touch in the service. Linval checked in at just the right times, anticipated our needs, and made us feel like valued guests.
It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of quality food and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and will be asking for Linval again....
