Had a very unprofessional experience! My Child attended from March-July ‘24. 2 months in the teacher got fired for being verbally abusive to the kids. Instead of hiring another teacher they stuck teenagers who were originally hired as teacher assistants in the class. Class 11 had Jessica and AnnaRose. 1 of my child’s last 2 days she faked a stomach ache for me to pick her up. Jessica literally lost my kid in the school (luckily she was in the school and not kidnapped) when it was time for pick up on a previous occasion. In the first 2 months my child only gained 4oz. I had to reprimand both Maxine and Jessica in regards to WITHOLDING FOOD that I sent from My child. Home cooked/baked food no icing etc. informed Maxine and based on her response it was obvious she was aware. If there’s an issue with what I’m sending the parents need to be contacted not withholding food and not providing a replacement option until pickup. AnnaRose was very rude on my kid’s last day and I don’t tolerate disrespect from essentially little kids. Maxine as well has a very condescending tone which I checked her about because if respect is given I demand it back. I asked for my kid to be switched to another class and got the run around. Many kids left the school altogether or switched classes. My child hated Jessica who also mistreated kids (snatching toys from Them etc). Maxine was informed and nothing was done (I guess to save face since one teacher was already fired). Gladly took my kid out and she loves loves her new school and they have no complaints. She’s back to being excited to go to school. Steps to success lacks professionalism in every aspect Including how the teachers dress for work like if they rolled out of bed. I don’t want my kid emulating that lack of class. When I went to pick up my kid’s belongings I witnessed Jessica picking up a student by her wrists which is very dangerous as it can lead to shoulder displacement in kids whilst all the other kids were running around not listening to her. AnnaRose and Jessica clearly lacked the proper childcare experience to even be left in the classroom.
The kids don’t get to use the gym in the summer months as it becomes the seating area For the summer camp. Gymnastics when I inquired Maxine said It started at age 3 when in reality if you go directly through the company your kid can start sooner. My kid loves gymnastics class as well. My Child was sick very often here due to the lack of proper sterilization of toys etc. Her current school sterilizes daily with a deep sterilization every Friday. The only positive about this location is the equipment (gym/ playground) and actual activities offered for the kids. Leaving here was the...
Read moreAs a parent of 3 kids we attended several daycares and this place is by far the best one - it is absolutely amazing. Our two youngest kids absolutely love it and our oldest is always asking why he didn't go there (he outgrew preschools before they opened). We, as parents, couldn't be happier with everything it has to offer - the education program is very strong, the food provided is homemade, heathy and kids LOVE it, multiple enrichment programs (dance, soccer, karate, gymnastics) are available, holiday celebrations and even concerts performed by the kids that are filmed for the parents to view. We even had a live concert for Winter Holidays that parents and relatives could attend. And the most importantly - the teachers and directors (Sandy and Maxine) truly care for the happiness of the kids. Ms. Gabby and Ms. Tanya are kind and loving while making sure the kids are ready for the Kindergarten and kids absolutely adore them. Ms. Monica, Ms. Svetlana and Ms. Olesya are nurturing and caring for our 2 year old. All teachers look happy to be there and we don't see revolving door of staff, which is one of the common issues we've seen in other schools.
We couldn't be happier!

Read moreI would like to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude for the amazing experience that Steps2Success Lynbrook has provided my family. As a parent, you can only hope that your child’s daycare will possess all the qualities that you desire it to have. The key attributes that I valued most were the cleanliness, nutritional food, organization, the learning curriculum, and the excellent communication between staff and parents. For my child, I loved that the environment was an enjoyable one -- filled with both learning and fun activities. Overall, the staff/directors do an impeccable job with making both the children and the parents happy. They host the most adorable events for the students and their families. They go all out for holidays and events! Their holiday concert and Pre-K graduation was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent that’s ready to enroll their...
