I've done many escape rooms and, overall, this was a decent experience. I would probably have given them three and a half stars if it were possible. My friend and I did the room Virus. The puzzles are all linear, meaning each puzzle solved leads to the next puzzle. Personally, I am not a fan of these kinds of escape rooms. Especially when with a larger crowd because, with linear puzzles, since you can only work on one puzzle at a time, if two people are working on the primary puzzle what are the other people supposed to do? My friend and I were fortunate that it was just the two of us, so we didn't experience that issue. I was happy that they at least told us that it was linear so we didn't waste time looking for other clues. I like escape rooms with multiple puzzles to solve simultaneously so, if you get stuck on one puzzle, you can move on to another. However, with the current boom in popularity of Escape Rooms, you find linear puzzles more frequently because it makes the rooms far easier to build but it's not nearly as challenging. One thing that was frustrating was that, despite the presence of cameras in the room, the employees had no idea which part of the room we were on when we asked for a clue. Also, we could hear the employees talking and laughing just outside the door which kind of spoiled the "We're going to die of a horrible virus" atmosphere. But, as I said, overall it was a decent experience. I liked the atmosphere of the room and the puzzles were moderately challenging. I also liked that we were separated into two different rooms at the start of the challenge. I would try them again if they offer a coupon/Groupon.

Decent escape rooms with several themes and moderately complex puzzles. Great for birthday adventures. We went for a science lab themed one and escaped with 5 minutes to spare. I wouldn't bring any children younger than 10. The waiting room could use some puzzles and locks to get the brain going while you wait for the rest of your party to arrive.

Went with a few friends and had a great time. The room was challenging enough that it was fun without being frustrating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I've been to about 4 different escape room places and escaped about 10 escape rooms. This place is one of my favorites! The people are very nice, it's easy to make a reservation, it's just your group during COVID without paying extra which was a nice bonus and the rooms themselves are very polished and well done. We first did The Game Room - got it through Groupon - very easy but still fun and it's the first room that really got my mom into it because it was so doable. We then did the Virus Room - my least favorite of the 3 I did there but still very much enjoyed. Finally we did the Psychic Room - I was so nervous to ruin my winning streak because it only has a 5-10% success rate but we did escape!! It was extremely challenging though which made it a lot more fun for my husband and I who at this point felt like they were all becoming easy. All together, A+...

Went for a team building event. My colleges enjoyed the back to the 80s room but the virus room sucked. We wasted so much time on two puzzles that were set up incorrectly. We had the correct lock code but it wasn’t working so the employee gave us the answer and then for another puzzle that needed a number of colored vials we were missing a tube so we couldn’t have solved it correctly if we wanted to. It really was a shame because if it wasn’t for that I think we could...
