I wish I could rate them "zero" stars. My twin sister and her husband sent me a bouquet of flowers for our birthday...they live out of state, so this would have been an online order through a third party. The card was a mess; practically illegible, and with part of my brother-in-law's name missing ("Ro" instead of "Roy"). Two of the stems were broken off so I had to throw away the flowers, the two roses are not fresh, stems are cut too short for the vase so they filled it to the top with water, and they didn't remove leaves from the stems so I had to do that myself. A woman (who I suspect was an owner and was difficult to understand) called me from the lobby of my co-op and very loudly said she had flowers for me and no apartment number and she was planning to leave them in the lobby if I couldn't give her an apartment number. A minute later, she arrived on my floor, and came down the hall muttering to herself and behaving strangely, handed me the vase while very aggressively berating me that I need to make sure that people give my apartment number (I checked with my sister the following day, and she did put my apartment number on the order); she ranted some more but I couldn't understand what she was saying. I took the vase from her, thanked her, and shut the door (I didn't give her the generous tip that I had ready in my pocket...I've never done that before, but she was too rude to deserve a tip). After closing my door, I heard her yelling as she walked back down the hall to the elevator. This person should not be delivering to customers; she puts a terrible face on that business. Stay away from these folks; there are too many other good options available and, from what I see of other people's reviews, I'm not the only one who had very bad experience with them. I thought of calling them and reporting the woman's behavior, but I had a feeling that she was an owner and the last thing I wanted was any more interaction with her. I'm very fortunate to have a sister who made such a lovely gesture, but sorry that she unwittingly did business with a place like this. Online florists should remove this awful place from their list of...
Read moreHands down thee worst EVER. Does not even deserve a star but my family was refunded. Not sure if that was because of Valley Florists or Teleflora. I was sick and received a bouquet to cheer me up. All of the flowers with the exception of one little blue flower were dead or almost dead. Some were dirty, like fallen out and walked on. I could see this being the case as the stems were cut way too short and were barely able to stay in the vase. I have provided lots of photos on website. There was no food attached for the flowers. I could not believe my eyes. Literally gobsmacked. Took forever to get through when calling. Not one apology of any kind. Had to almost insist on a new, fresh bouquet. All the time thinking to myself, imagine some really sick person in hospital receiving these? Or a bereavement? Delivery arrived next day. Not that much better, no food for flowers but an improvement. BUYER BEWARE. NEVER ORDER...
Read moreNever go here! They are rude, unprofessional, the card I received was hard to make out do to the horrible handwriting, and they deliver almost dead flowers. I received flowers yesterday and was approached by a rude disgruntled delivery person who happens to be maybe one of the owners. When I complained about the service she called me, asking me what was wrong. I explained to her about the situation and she had the audacity to start yelling at me, so I disconnected the phone call. Then she proceeded to call me back to scream at me over the phone again, which I yet again had to disconnect the phone call for a second time. I don’t know if that’s how they run their business but I know that I will never order flowers from them or recommend anyone to order flowers from them. Wish I can give 0 stars, because I have nothing positive to...
