The best goodie bag — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Had the pleasure of visiting The Best Goodie Bag on Father's Day. The staff was very welcoming, and helpful, but the products they were offering that day looked so tempting that I ended up purchasing two dozen cupcakes as we were having a Father's Day BBQ. I was highly satisfied because they were as delicious s they were beautiful, and our guests loved them too because they tore them up. I especially loved the fact that they were not overly sweet, just the right amount of sweetness, and very flavorful. The Strawberries and Cream was like have Strawberry Shortcake in cupcake form as was the German Chocolate cupcake which was sinfully delicious. They also had Parfait desserts that looked very tempting as well. I plan on try them on my next visit, as well as tasting more of the cupcakes they offerings I didn't get a chance to taste s they had more than a dozen different flavors, so if you have the need to satisfy your sweet tooth, do your tastebuds a favor and run over to 77 Roosevelt Ave, Valley Stream. A hidden gem. I had the pleasure of visiting this shop yesterday afternoon. The cupcakes looked so delicious I ended up walking out with almost two dozen as we were having guests for Father’s Day. Everyone loved them, and they were all gone by the end of the day. I loved them because they weren’t overly sweet, the sweetness was perfect, and the texture of them was moist and flavorful. I definitely have to come back as I only got to taste the German Chocolate cupcake and the Strawberry and Cream cupcake. The German Chocolate was fantastic, and the Strawberry was like having Strawberry Shortcake in cupcake form, and everyone else loved the ones they had. I first learned about The Goodie Bag from a post on Facebook, highlighting Black-owned businesses. Because I love sweets and the shop is in my neighborhood, I just had to check it out. And from the very first time I walked in, I have never been disappointed. These ladies are the REAL DEAL! Everything in the store is made with love and is SO delicious. So I started visiting them every Saturday (thank God for workouts lol). And I knew I had to get a cake from them for my best friend’s birthday. I just gave them the color and let them do their thing. The cake was SO beautiful and incredibly delicious!
