I went in yesterday to be resized as I've lost some weight and purchase 2 sets. The manager that helped along with the associate named Luz were incredibly helpful. I stood in a long line excited tonlay for my items after such perfect service from Luz. As I approached the counter the young lady in the orange shirt was crouched down behind the register laughing and whispering with the associate to her right but my left. I waited patiently and unbothered as I texted my staff back as well. Apparently she was ready before I and said to me....and I quote, "miss could you out your bras and stuff here. I'm over here not over there".

Ok.....I exhaled and decided I'd let that slide. Well, she KEPT giggling with her associates. Particularly the girl to ger left and my right by this time. I let them know that I was appalled and found no humor in being spoken to that way and then having to bare witness to their comedy jam while trying to get out of the store. Things got so bad and I felt so offended I went and looked for the same manager that helped size me and requested a refund. I will also take this complaint to corporate with more details and BBB. This yound lady needs retraining, or suspension, or both. Even in the presence of management she kept smirking and rolling her eyes. Thank God for growth! I wanted so badly to help her find her way to my side of...

It's in Green Acres mall, so you know he 1st thing I'll say is it's a small location....

Outside of that, it's hard getting help, due to the staff acting more like security than associates before you even enter.

I'm uncertain as to V.S.'s training, but it took 2-3 employees, rushing in to inform me I must to go into a dressing room alone (since I asked my friend to come with, to assist me in my measurements, when I couldn't locate an associate (who's supposed to do it as part of their job description), yet they're difficult to locate, or even when available, not helpful when seeking assistance in their cluttered store. Other than that, you may be on line waiting to be rung up, longer than it took to...

Today 3/15/2025 I went to Victoria secret bc I have a gift card of $300 and I wanted to spend it. Instead of helping me out. This one chubby Guyanese or Spanish looking girl looks at a skinny black girl with huge eye lashes and then just laughs. I don’t understand why they don’t prioritize selling instead of judging people. I wanted to spend that gift card today or spend my money on things that I liked. But they are immature and unprofessional workers. The one girl with the long red hair was sweet. But yes, it’s sad because there is no basic skills nor good customer service in retail well at least this...
