I bought a used driver here and had a terrible experience. The club was sold to me with a banged-up grip and, as I later noticed, a dent in the head — damage that was clearly there when I purchased it. After the purchase was made, I returned to the store a few days later.

At first, two employees told me to come back the next day to speak with the owner, claiming the grip was too worn — something I had already pointed out when I bought it. Still, I came back as instructed.

When I finally spoke with the owner, he refused to take the club back because of the dent. I explained (again) that it was already dented when I bought it, but he wouldn't listen or honor the return policy I was promised.

This is not how a reputable business should operate. They sold me a damaged club, dodged responsibility, and showed zero interest in making it right. Play it again Sports lost my business and many others in Rochester. My husband experienced awful customer service, he wasn’t allowed in the store while a customer was leaving store; she even tried to hold the door for him. The Customer care worker grabbed the door and only spoke through a small opening at the door AND then the customer care worker lied about not having equipment he was inquiring about. I called the store and I was told yes they have the equipment and in different sizes; what did I need. Never bring your used sports equipment in for these hacks to buy. Brought in very expensive equipment that I know the value of new and used. I know it's a business and they have to low ball you to make money that's how places like play it again are. But holy cow this place is worse then Any pawn shop in America. They're offers are legit robbery.because they buy it from you for nothing and then sell it for what it goes for online. They don't even meet you in the middle with the offer, it's robbery!
