Takeaway: Sesame Chicken almost had me out of my seat, but the Mac and Cheese gotta be the worst Mac and Cheese I've ever had, and considering I really like Mac and Cheese. That says a lot. So please avoid the...

So...I get there with my daughter and fiancé and the place is packed...fine. We wait not even 10 minutes and get seated at a dirty table and the high chair was dirty too...they’re busy...so I don’t say anything and honestly I understand. I go get a plate of food for my daughter and I and then my fiancé goes up...I wasn’t impressed with their selection or their variety, but whatever. The food was mediocre at best...but my problem was that our silverware was dirty, one of my crab Rangoon tasted like it had blue cheese in it (GROSS) and then I see a piece of food floating in my fiancé’s drink (which by the way neither of us had touched our drinks because we weren’t given straws and I was not going to put my mouth on their glass). So we decide this was a huge waste of time and we’re going to pay and leave (still hungry by the way, with a 15 month old). My fiancé goes to get the car and I’m at the counter waiting to cash out and there’s someone in front of me cashing out. After she is done, I go to walk up to the counter, and the man behind the counter just walks away, as if I’m invisible. So needless to say I left very unhappy and HUNGRY. I don’t know why Hibachi got bought out, but it is very very sad that this joke of a place is who they’ve been...

I am not typically one to leave a review, especially something negative because everyone has off days, but this place is not it. The place itself is not impressive and the food is absolutely atrocious. Everything - and I mean everything - was cold, rubbery, and/or both at the same time. I did not see any food being changed out or even added to during the entirety of my visit. Most of the food was rather bland with the exception of the spring rolls and I watched a little boy put his hands directly into the food. We were given plastic forks after indicating that the silverware had leftover food stuck onto it, which I guess was fine but gave takeout vibes rather than restaurant. In that same regard, there were sauces and condiments in packets on the table. To their credit, the servers cleared our tables quickly and checked on us as frequently as I would expect at a buffet - probably the best part of my experience. I will not be returning and I would not recommend it to others unless some major changes are...
