Bryan the employee with the beard and glasses, just did more than sell a vape. He did more than just allow a sale to prosper. Bryan an employee but also an individual with exceptional traits had created the kind of atmosphere that is REQUIRED AND EXPECTED in vape shops like these. My reasoning for taking my business to the Thirsty Coil was more than just seeing friendly faces and great products. It was to make sure my experience was as true to the straight honest facts that i was seeking. Any vape shop can place a vape in your hand and tell you to buy all these things and extra miscellaneous items just to get you out of there. Thirsty Coil and Bryan are different. The service was more than enjoyable and allowed me peace of mind before, during, and after i had swiped my card. It is more about how you feel when you leave and when i left i left with a smile and peace of mind. My business will be repeated here as well as my friends, they will be notified of this amazing of an experience. Let me start by saying that this shop is the most organized and clean shop around town. as soon as you step foot in the door you are acknowledged by the staff.

The staff itself at this location exceeds any other smoke shop i have been to in Rochester and I do appreciate the fact that the owners keep a solid core group of guys in the store, helps customers feel welcomed when we start to form friendships with the employees.

Overall, the reason why i come back to this spot all the time is simply because the staff goes above and beyond. i usually see the same 3 guys almost every time i go in and you honestly cant go wrong with any of them! All down to earth, funny, knowledgeable guys! They do not pressure you into buying things you don't want, instead they work with you, and ask questions to make sure you are happy with what you got before you leave the store.

if i had one piece of advice, the three guys (sorry i don't know names) at all cost keep them together! All of the personalities mesh perfect together and it makes shopping as a customer soooo much more...

I went to the thirsty coil for the first time a month ago and asked for recommendations on a new flavor and I could not beleive how much attitude I received during my whole visit. It was so uncomfortable and made me not want to go back. The shop is really cool and the prices are good so I tried one more time. There was a different employee working this time and he was even more rude! He argued with me and at the transaction I told him last time and this time they have been extremely rude for no reason and he actually said "you dont have to come here then". I have never dealt with customer servive like this! Now I will actually never go back. Its a shame the shop looks so great.
