Bill was such a great help! I've been wanting my own ball again, and luckily enough, I found this place. Bill was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He shares his knowledge with the different types of balls and recommended which one best fits my bowling needs. I was able to walk out with my ball that he drilled right there on the spot and a bag. I also purchased shoes that I will be getting in a few days that literally match my ball. The man knows what his customers are looking for! 🤣 I am so glad I came to this location and had such an easy and enjoyable...

I found a much better proshop I’ve known bill 24 years and I’ve never gotten treated right by brand new ball had a defect the minute I saw the bowling ball for the first time and I told him that there was a defect and he never did anything. My fingertip inserts were the wrong size and color and the thumbhole was too small I wasn’t thrilled with bill. He lost me as a regular customer and I will never step foot in Larkfield...

So happy to have found Bill! I hadn’t bowled seriously in decades, and Bill took the time to explain in detail all the changes in bowling and technology since back when I was using a rubber ball!… And he suggested the perfect ball for me that although it was one of the less expensive ones, it was the one that I needed for my level of bowling at this point. Honest and knowledgeable....
