I highly recommend avoiding this place. The owners are more focused on making money than on your pet's well-being. I initially ignored some red flags, but after waiting over an hour for my consultation (even though I was the last appointment of the day and they told me to be on time), I started to see the problems. The owner's wife essentially pressured us into buying a package, and when I asked if we could start with just one session to see how my dog responded, she insisted it would be hard to get appointments and made us feel like we had no choice but to commit. Dr. Archer claimed our dog would never be the same but would improve, recommending 16 sessions (two per week for two months). We opted for 8 sessions, as 16 seemed excessive.
After just five sessions, my dog was doing great—better than before. Her surgeon confirmed that she no longer needed physical therapy and could return to normal activities. When I asked for a refund for the three unused sessions (each costing over $100), I was told I would be reimbursed. However, it took over three weeks for Dr. Archer's wife to finally respond through her receptionist, only to say they wouldn’t issue a refund.
In the end, they don’t care about your pet's health—they only care about your money. The only good thing that came out of this experience was meeting Eileen, who was amazing. She treated our dog like her own, and if you do decide to go here, I highly recommend ONLY booking with her. She’s extremely knowledgeable, punctual, compassionate, and truly cares...
Read moreHealing Hands 4 Paws has been an incredible part of my dog Venice’s recovery journey. After having one of her legs amputated due to osteosarcoma, I wasn’t sure how well she would adjust. Thanks to Eileen’s expertise, compassion, and dedication, Venice has become agile and so much more mobile than I ever expected.
You can tell right away that Eileen truly cares about the dogs she works with. She doesn’t just go through the motions—she tracks their progress closely and encourages them in a healthy, supportive way that builds confidence. Venice is always pushed just enough to make progress without ever being overwhelmed.
What also makes Healing Hands 4 Paws stand out is the support they provide between sessions. They send a link with videos for massage therapy and physical therapy exercises you can do at home, which has been such a helpful resource for us.
Eileen’s compassion extends beyond the dogs—she supports the owners too. Going through something as difficult as an amputation with your pet is overwhelming, but she approaches it with understanding and kindness that makes the process so much easier.
I can’t recommend Healing Hands 4 Paws enough. Eileen is a rare combination of professional skill and genuine heart, and I’m so grateful Venice has her...
Read moreOur dog Simon has been going to Healing Hand 4 Paws for a while now, and the difference we’ve seen is incredible. He’s been receiving both laser light therapy and water therapy, and each session leaves him more mobile, more comfortable, and clearly happier.
James and Sophia have been absolutely wonderful with Simon—patient, encouraging, and genuinely caring. They treat him like family, always taking the time to make sure he’s relaxed and getting the most out of each visit. Dr. Archer has been equally fantastic, explaining Simon’s condition in detail and tailoring his treatment plan to exactly what he needs. Alexandria at the front wis always helpful and friendly.
It’s not just the results that make this place so special—it’s the warmth, professionalism, and compassion from everyone on the team. We’re so grateful for the care Simon has received here, and we can’t recommend Healing Hand 4...
