Everything nice that everyone has already said about Zach (the one man show), is accurate. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and it seems like he's a local mayor for the health conscious community he serves. I witnessed 7 different people walk in and greet him by name, have really sincere conversations, and with a few people there was a genuine interest in why he hadn't seen them in some time. That tells me he pays attention. When I asked if he carried some ingredients for a heavy metal detox Smoothie (Medical Medium blend), he asked me to send him the details and he would order it for me. Now that's service.

Only in town for a few days but next time I visit this will be a regular stop. #LocalGem #NaturalJuice #HealthFood...

I just recently started to come to this store for fresh juice. Zak is amazing! On my second visit back he remembered my order (and I had made a change to a standard juice on the menu). He has given me samples of smoothies while I wait and is just so nice. Almost everyone that comes in he remembers their order it is amazing! My father passed away two years ago, and when I mentioned his name and that he used to come, Zak remembered him AND remembered what he used to order! I love it here and I am so glad to have found a great juice place run by such an amazing person....

The Mung Bean is a great little shop tucked away in a shopping center. Staff More knowledgeable than folks at Whole Foods , and the cashier/owner(?) cares about his customers.

This store is a treasure trove of products, some literature, foods and supplements geared towards restoring health safely, naturally and effectively.

Juices and Smoothies are delicious, and easy on my stomach! Wheatgrass shots aka liquid sunshine.
