Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I recently visited and it was a major disappointment. As soon as I walked in, there were about six young employees working. They seemed inexperienced and unsure of what they were doing. I ordered the signature cheesecake flavor in a small size, and it ended up costing over $10 with tip—a complete rip-off. They wouldn’t even let customers use the bathroom, which was frustrating.

After I paid, two more employees came up to me and asked if I had paid again. It was confusing and frustrating—does anyone there know what’s going on?

The real issue, though, was the ice cream itself. It tasted very sour, more like Greek yogurt than cheesecake, which made me question its freshness. Unfortunately, my concerns were justified when I got sick after eating it.

Overall, this place is overpriced, poorly managed, and the product quality is questionable. I won’t be returning and would advise others to think twice...

I visited your store today for ice cream and ordered two large sizes, including Strawberry Blonde and Cookie Dough. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. After the server mixed the ingredients, the ice cream was already melting and leaking down the sides of the cup before it was handed to me.

When I brought this to the server’s attention, her response was, “What do you want me to do?” This came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Additionally, the cups were not filled to capacity and contained noticeably less ice cream compared to similar establishments.

This experience fell short of the service and quality I was expecting, and it has made me hesitant to return. I hope this feedback helps improve your customer service...
