I was visiting a friend from city and wanted treat my pregnant girfriend to a nice spa. we found this place by driving. this place is little tucked away in a small mall so if you are not paying attention, you can easily miss out. as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by polite and friendly staff members and quickly guided. what a clean and beautiful place! we wanted to madi pedi but ended up doing our eyelash and facial. they are all top notch technitian. i live and work in manhattan and there are tons of similar biz. but by far, this is easily the best spa day experice ever! they take time and the owner (she might be a manager: cindy) comes and check if everything is fine. sooo relaxing. their facial is really amazing too. she was very knowledgible about skin and offered me ttaught me about how to take care my acne skin. I really hope this place is closer to my place. i booked for my facial appoinment next month and i know it's worth my travel time and effort. i spent only about $230 for mani pedi, facial, and eyelash extention. i left the place feeling new and happy. totally...

The customer service is terrible. I started coming here about 6 months ago and the 1st few months were great my nails were beautiful lasted long and then they would break after 2 days of getting them done the nail tech had an attitude. The last 2 times Leo seemed to be annoyed with the designs I would bring mind you their IG is filled with elaborate designs. He would huff & puff push things away on the table. Slam the nail file. Just unnecessary! I held it in to the point I couldn’t anymore and I said something, how the customer was terrible and I felt so uncomfortable and Helen didn’t even apologize she just kept saying the design I wanted they didn’t have the Gel??? Excuse me what?!! It wasn’t that he was just frustrated he couldn’t get the design right. Needless to say I walked out without getting a pedi and that will be last time I go there. My nails came out terrible the design he did was just done so sloppy. Never...

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. The owner is not present at the site. Nina was doing my nails. I had asked for gel fill-in. She proceeded to skip that step and just put on polish. I had to remind her. She had a bad attitude with me. After that I used Helen who did an excellent job and seemed nice. After a few times she got nasty too. I guess Nina had to get her on her side. This is so typical in this day and age that people resort to bullying in a group just like the kids are doing. I really wish that all this would stop and we treat each other with courtesy and respect. ...
