HORRIBLE !! Do Not EAT here they Over Price everything! Food Specials Are not discounted 5.99 is not a special when most of there sandwiches are 6.45 on a roll And hero 7.45+ . Went there today got Asked for 2 breaded chic cutlets one on a roll and one on hero side of small Mac n Cheese and a Boneless RIBs sandwich which was the special $5.99 on A Hero I asked if I could get the ribs on a roll . And was still charged the same price 5.99 with less ribs on my sandwich .i then the owner or worker why he would charge me 5.99 if it wasn’t on a Hero and had less meat. He said that was the “SPECIAL” price . So I asked him to put in on a hero for the price . I got two waters my food came out to $30 . For 3 sandwiches and Mac cheese n H20 . When I reached home My two breaded Chicken Cutlets sandwiches were actually made with Grilled Chicken The Mac and cheese was watery and I usually LOVE LOVE IT BUT NEVER AGAIN there was a small piece of hair in it . the Rib sandwich which was 599 special was very Dry Dry Dry no bbq sauce was on it all . I have Pictures. I called the owner once I got home which was 20 mins Away . And told him how my order was Not correct he said that he has bad hearing meanwhile he didn’t write any of the orders down . He said All chicken Is the same as if I should just eat it because it’s chicken . I told him That’s not What I ordered he said he could give me a discount when I came in next time . On a $30 meal HOW?? no thank u I told him I would come in and he would need to make them again . So I had to Drive back and waste another hour . Before I even ate . I don’t know what happen to the old owners but this place has gone downhill. I will not be coming back and I have been eating here for almost 15 yrs . Goodbye FIRESIDE ! I used to love this place. They had amazing breakfast sandwiches. But the new people they have now suck. The cooks a moron bc he clearly can't read your order & puts what he wants. There's only one guy in there that writes down the order right & actually makes it with no problem. There rest of them try to fight with you & say I ordered the wrong thing when it's clearly written down on the box & others move on to the next person before you finish. Worst customer service ever. This place was good 6 months ago tho. Everyone kept telling me not to go here anymore bc of the new staff the hired, I should've listened. Also find new cashiers because the high schoolers you're hiring aren't professional. They curse in front of you or carry conversations until they feel like taking your payment. Worst cutomer service. Breakfast sandwiches suck now. I rather drive 20 mins to another sandwich deli before going here again. Nasty. Tried this place out because I wanted to see if this is a good place to cater my upcoming event. I got my answer. Struggling to piece together how this place is still open. Potato salad is literally potato water and mayonnaise. Smallest container for $5 a joke. Who makes potato salad like that? Not even salt and pepper. It's inedible. Wings were just thrown in a styrofoam container, no dipping sauce, no celery or carrots. Not fresh and the saltiest wings ever. I ate 2 pieces that was a big mistake cause I got a stomach ache after.
