Great store to purchase items for yourself and as gifts. We come in several times a year to stock up on products for us at home, and also for gifts for family, friends, and colleagues. The team there is so helpful and goes out of their way to showcase their new products to us. They also wrap the gifts in their specialty boxes, and bag everything up with tissue, ribbon and a spritz of fragrance complementing the items inside, ready to gift, with zero effort on our end needed. I’m on their text list, and receive text messages throughout the year with birthday promotions, customer appreciation offers, and other sales throughout the year. We’ve been shopping here for many years, and Jeremiah, Chris, and Dooman are all fantastic!! We come in and they remember our past conversations, and even ask us about the vacations we took that we were planning from the last time we were in. They remember their clients well, and are super friendly. It is rare these days to find customer service as well as they do it, with such genuineness...

I usually love shopping at this store. There is an older gentleman that is very nice. Today I had the worse experience though. I had just sanitized my hands and was walking into your store when the lady insisted that I sanitize my hands again. I told her no problem then said I was looking for two gifts. She recommended the verbena and I told her I didn't like that. Then she went to take another customer. After I picked out my two gifts she told me to put one of the boxes down because it was a display item. This was the last new box avaliable and when I opened the one she gave me it looked used. So I went to the register and when she saw me only purchase one she suggested the new boxed gift which I originally grabbed. I politely said no and left the store with only one gift. I love the scents and the store in which I would give 10 stars however, every time I walk in there I'm asked if I need help, I say no thank you! Then they tell me about the specials. Ok! Then I go pick up a product they tell me about it or try to sell me something. I get it. They are salespeople. I like to look on my own without help. So it's rather frustrating after I've said no. It actually pushes me away. Retailers need to understand that sales pitches dont always work and could have the opposite effect on the customer such as myself. Staff is just doing their job but listen to the customer...
