Had my daughter's 7th birthday party here today and could not be happier with the service provided by Karen, Lisa and team. My daughter and her seven friends had such an amazing time. We got the package that included hair, make-up and a manicure/pedicure and the girls loved it. After being pampered with the services, the girls partook in a little karaoke, had pizza, cake and then - my favorite part - did a red carpet walk where they showed off their beautiful style. There are no words. If you’re looking for an incredible birthday for your daughter look no further!! The staff is incredible, and Karen is an absolute doll. I actually would give this location 0 stars, I stood in front waiting for a half hour to pay for a birthday party for my daughter and her friends, which my daughter wanted so badly, employees walking around glanced at me on several instances, never acknowledging nor stating that anyone would be with me shortly.
