The Greek Grill — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

As a long time patron of Greek Grill, this pains me to write. First of all, I never leave bad reviews, so if I’m writing something, it must be bad. If you have loved Greek grill in the past, before ordering, just know that they are under new ownership and unfortunately, the food doesn’t even remotely compare to what it used to be. Nothing tastes the same, the quality is off and their once amazing tzatziki sauce, is no more. I don’t even think what I got was tzatziki sauce. It tasted absolutely nothing like it, it was awful. I saw a review on yelp that said they are using the restaurant next doors white sauce and passing it off as tzatziki. I’m not sure if that’s true, but what I just tasted didn’t even remotely resemble tzatziki, so who knows. The chicken in the gyro is different and no longer strips (although that quality was fine, but different). And the salad dressing in the Greek salad that was once unreal is not even remotely the same. It was all oil with an odd flavor. As a pregnant woman who was craving this soooo bad, I am so sad!! Sadly, I will not be back. I will miss...

It’s been a while since I was able to come in and have lunch here. It was just like I remembered. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere clean and lively. Very accommodating and appreciative of their patrons. The Greek Grill is Family run and it shows. John his super nice wife and Father are always around checking in on everyone.

All the pita sandwiches are amazing and the greek specialties are fantastic. We also got some homemade rice pudding to go and it was truly an old world recipe..yummy like mom made. We will be back soon! I highly recommend this hidden Gem. A+++++++++

Do not come here. I was coming to this place for 5 years and have always gotten the same order every time: chicken gyro salad, no feta, add mozzarella. I’ve never ever had an issue with my order. I placed the same order today over the site. When I later opened my bag, I realized it was not the correct order. I went back to the restaurant and was told that they’ve changed the chicken gyro. When I told the woman that my salad didn’t even have mozzarella cheese on it, she looked at me like I was crazy: told me there’s no option to add it on the site (despite my receipt saying mozzarella cheese on it). The chef even thought I meant mozzarella sticks as opposed to actual mozzarella cheese.
