Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I come to this location about once every other month to knit while my dog get groomed nearby. It's usually a pleasure I look forward to and the staff has always been very friendly. I went in yesterday and the person taking my order didnt even greet me or look at me while taking it. Ok, whatever, maybe she was preoccupied but the staff was sure having a blast with each other. And then I literally turned blue trying to sit and knit. Not kidding, first of October, Crisp fall day, and they had the AC on. I was wearing a full sleeve sweatshirt, long pants, and a flannel hoodie, and I was shivering and shaking and my hands stopped working from the lack of circulation. The place was a literal icebox, not a little chilly. When I brought it up to them the guy said in a rude and dismissive manner "yeah we know it's our main complaint, we get hot back here". How come no other starbucks has this issue? How come I've never had this issue (or attitude) at this location? Maybe the staff here isn't as "hot" as they think and should do their jobs instead of treating this location like their own private social club they are trying to keep...

This is surprisingly the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I walked in and I was expecting a run of the mill Starbucks experience but this was anything but. The starbucks layout almost looks like a fancy and classy lounge which I loved and thought was so different. Next, the service was out of this world. I did not catch the young man's name that took my order but he made sure to get every detail correct. He even made sure I tried it before leaving to make sure it was to my liking.
