Very bad service. I went to an appointment today and Dr. Robert Felix treated me very badly.. He came in very disrespectfully. It was my first time as a patient, my first time going to the clinic. I drive 30 minutes he only said that he was not going to help me because I didn’t have the papers in hand And when I make appointment, they didn’t tell me that I have to bring any paper with me. They did tell me that I have to send it to Gmail and I did. But he told me If I went to his office and I didn’t have those papers in hand he wouldn’t even let me go inside to a room I personally think that that’s not a way to talk a new patient in the clinic and was something very important it was for a seizure plan I don’t think that’s good for a clinic to have a...

I used to enjoy coming here because I thought the front desk people were nice and hospitable, but in reality it was just 1 Hispanic young woman compared to the rest. There’s this very rude lady who looks in age to be in her 50s or 60s who canceled my appointment because I was 10 minutes late because of a FLAT TIRE, as I proceed to check in she gives me an attitude that it has been canceled. She had told me that she was gonna ask the doctor if he had the space to still take me in but ended up just not doing it all while giving me a mean stare and talking rudely. Most of the doctors are good here, but they never seem to get things right with my kids’ prescriptions. I have to call regularly to get things straightened out. Getting forms filled in is also a hassle. They act like they’re doing you a favor to do their jobs! Making appointments takes too long with some office staff….over ten minutes. The last time my daughter went for an appointment, I was told they couldn’t find an old diagnosis that I knew was in her chart and to go see a dermatologist instead.
