My daughter purchased a hoodie went home tried it on and while doing so the tag feel off the hoodues ended up being to big so went took the tags hoodie and receipt back to exchange fit size and they said that they can't exchange because the tags fell off. We explained we were just there yesterday and the tags fell off and that on the receipt it doesn't say that os the policy and just wanted to exchange for size. She rudely said it said it doesn't matter and that we have to go on the website to see the policy. Each of whom have began working there only until recently, but anyone would’ve likely guessed they had done it for years on. For example, me and my clumsy cousins ran a muck in the store, and kept getting locked out of rooms trying to show what the other was fitted in—but guess who comes to the rescue—Melissa and Danny.
