Furniture Forever — Local services in Town of Islip

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a love seat and sofa recliner from them over 2 weeks ago (spent over $3k). They initially were supposed to deliver it a few days later, but never called. We ended up having to call them and they said they couldn’t deliver it on the initial agreed upon date. That should’ve been the first red flag. If I didn’t call, I would’ve been sitting around waiting. When they finally delivered it today, the delivery company scratched my brand new stairs and then gave me the run around about who was supposed to cover the damages. After going back and forth for almost an hour Furniture Forever told me that I should be grateful and accept whatever the delivery company was offering. Which was they bring in their own contractor to fix it. I adamantly refused because the stairs were special ordered. My personal contractor, who installed the floors, said he’d repair the floors for $200. The delivery company still refused. I was finally able to get $100 back after having SCPD show up to the scene. At that time the delivery driver Mohamed pretended to be cooperative the whole time. I even asked him in front of the officer whether he would pick up the boxes they left and he said yes. As soon as the officer left he drove off as well. I called back and he told me he doesn’t remove boxes and that I “would have to deal with it.” After everything he put us through! I will never use this company again. They are fraudulent and use unlicensed delivery companies. If there is any damage to your property they refuse to pay for it. Save yourself the headache! Pay a little extra and buy from a larger company. All around horrific...

No star !! Do not trust them, sold low quality stuff. And they dont want to fix, i had to book a uhaul to take the bedframe i bought got defective on day 1.. then i they switched me with floor model since they dont have any more same product, within a month its leg is loose, when i called back literally said no warranty thats human error " have a good day".
