Disappointed with my Mother’s Day order. I placed an order with Posh Floral and was shocked when my mom sent me photos of the bouquet—the entire back was missing. It looked completely unfinished.
I contacted the shop on Monday. No reply. Followed up, and finally heard back on Wednesday. By Thursday, I was told I had purchased the lowest “tier” bouquet, which apparently explains why it was only front-facing. But there were no tier options on the site—just a single “Deluxe” bouquet for $72.99 (screenshot attached). Since when does a $70+ deluxe bouquet come incomplete?
Nowhere on the website did it say the bouquet would be one-sided. When I pointed that out, I was told they could fill in the back—but when I called to schedule that for my mom (who lives in the same town), I was told it might not be done until the weekend because of a wedding. By then, it will have been a full week since Mother’s Day.

i have to say the flowers in general are good but my problem is i went to this florist last year because my old 1 was going high on the prices and i only purchase carnations.last year 30.00 and that i thought was ok for a dozen i had been paying 20 for years.ok times change so i bought then this may it went to 35.00 plus the tax and if card plus the fee. today 7 months later when they came to the register after getting my carnations she tells me 45.00 i said it went up that much she asked me what i payed last time and i told her what i paid and when.This is what got me mad she told me straight this time of season the price goes up,so basically telling me we are getting more from you cause its christmas time.She could have said the vendor charges more at this time but basically we want to screw you and charge more.i said ok walked out and thats the last time...

They weren’t willing to provide me an indefinite credit and only offered two future events pending they had availability, to which I would have to give them the remainder of my balance from the original contract.
