I have been going to this place for years and I've never had an issue with the food, pricing or service. The bagels are delicious: large, crusty, but with a nice chew and taste. (and this is coming from a bagel-snob). The people behind the counter are always very nice and organized even when it's busy.
I also like the locals/regulars who always eat here; they are very colorful and interesting to listen to. This is one of the few places remaining where you can sit down and get a nice bacon, egg, potato platter without having to wait for a table or endure slow table service or ridiculous prices.
