I had the luck of going to the Oakdale location of T.V.I., I've been to the other locations, and was glad I did. This was after we were intending on thing to another pub in the area. They were full, when I searched the area for a place to eat, I saw T.V.I. pub was right up the road (I wasn't aware of this before), that was where we headed.

I went into the pub to see if there was an open table and to my luck, there was 1 in the back. (After the fact, I saw an outside area that we edited through, which I will say was warm)

We were 3 and a baby, the staff were very accommodating. Our waitress Liz came over and I could see we hit the jackpot with Liz. She was on fire and in total control of the table and her area!

Liz got us our beers fast, 2 pumpkins and an IPA! Start the fun! We started with the Bavarian pretzel, which was hot, soft, buttery and delicious. Also some mustard and "Bang" over the top! We also had the grilled quesadias which was overstuffed with chicken.....youza, and the ultimately delicious, 8 wings with the Parmigiano garlic......oh boy, kiss me now! And of course, the yum yum eat em up Mac-N-Cheese! 🧀

For dinner, we ordered the Ahi tuna tacos, 3 stuffed with tuna and cabbage for some crunch! Since they were out of ribs :( ☹ I ordered something different. I got the grilled cheese with fries. :)😃! And Liz (wei was on fire now!), suggested adding some bacon 🥓 😃 🙂 😺! Unbelievable, the grilled cheese was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! We also ordered a turkey provolone and arugula pannini, which was a special.

Sum it up, T.V.I. but the mark in every area and Liz was the conductor of this amazing masterpiece, and of course, kudos to the kitchen for their masterpieces as...

I always liked this place BUT lately it has gone downhill! Went tonight for a burger and some drinks and the music was soooooo LOUD we could NOT hear ourselves think! Someone from our party went to the bartenders and asked if the music could be lowered and a heavy set young girl in her 20's just kind of shrugged off the request. Not only did the music NOT get lowered I'm reasonably certain it was made even louder! I felt like I was in nightclub and it was only 4:30pm in the afternoon. A party sitting next to us with three children were obviously experiencing the same discomfort because ALL THREE children had their hands covering their ears. We quickly ate what we ordered and left. Couldn't risk hearing lose for additional drinks. The food wasnt as good as in the past either. Whom ever is running things in the Oakdale location is NOT concerned for the comfort of the customers. Looked to me like the bartenders were having their own private party at the expense of the paying customer.

*In response to the owner's answer...it was NOT the patrons that were over-bearingly LOUD it was the music being played in the establishment at 4:30pm in the afternoon. Most of the clientele at the time were 40's plus YET it was very, VERY LOUD RAP music being played and NO ONE looked like they were enjoying it except the two 20 something bartenders. AGAIN...it was an atmosphere more fitting for a nightclub at 1AM than for families or couples getting a bite to eat and a drink or two on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered here from Uber Eats tonight. Big order almost $200 worth of food and one dinner was missing from the order. Called the Oakdale location because an item was missing, so it was not the fault of Uber Eats. I was initially told that the manager said I had to take it up with Uber Eats. When I asked to speak to that person, I was put on hold for a while and then when the manager picked up the phone he was very rude and said “it’s very busy right now.” He asked for my name and the said something about a credit. The phone then disconnected. When I called back and asked for the manager he picked up and said “we’re very busy. Did you want me to stay on the phone?” HORRIBLE customer service. He never said he was hanging up or would never have called back. I just wanted the item we were missing from my very large order. Whoever the manager was tonight was very rude and unprofessional.
