Bought extended warranty for my refrigerator. Ice maker quit working. Best buy subcontract there work to sears. gave sears the wrong address. I called over 10 times. I messaged them on Facebook multiple times to correct the issue. Best buy neglected to take responsibility, didn't fix the problem. Charged me 325$ for a warranty they never honored. And closed my case. I'd highly suggest staying away from Best buy and especially there extended warranties that they will not honor.
