This review is for the sewing shop, I brought all of my uniforms (7 in all of the new uniforms I bought out of pocket) and had them sew all my rank, name plates, U.S. Army plates, Recruiting badge and Cab sewn on, it was not cheap let's just put it that way. I told them I wanted them to take the Velcro (or hook and pile tape) removed from the uniforms and I wanted to be able to still use my front left pocket after the recruiting badge was placed on it. Mind you they asked me if I wanted it that way and that was my answer, I did not demand it or ask for it. So fast forward like 4 weeks and I was days away from PCSing so I didn't have time to protest the product, I got back all my uniforms, oh and flight jackets and vest, with all the Velcro on them, none of my pockets were usable anymore and most of the patches are crooked. So be ware when going to the sew shop there. They don't seem to really care for customer service because they know we are in the Army and will pay to look good and they love taking the money from those silly Soldiers. The shop that takes care of your Dress Uniform and put it together for you if you want is awesome though they do an absolute great job and work extremely well with you and ensure everything is just right! But like I said this is just a review for the sew shop. This review was about as polite I could possibly be about my experience with the...
Read moreGarbage establishment. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I called in to see if they do alterations on ASUs, and was advised that they do. I show up there, and the dude behind the front desk with a Doc Holiday mustache, looked at me the way the people looked at the new sheriff in "Blazing Saddles". You would have thought that I walked in with a crack pipe in my mouth. Anyway, dude confirmed that they do indeed do alterations on dress uniforms, and he sends me to some Karen in the back. This chick looked me in the face and said that "the machine is down" and "won't be up until next week". Mind you other soldiers are there dropping off their unis, no problem. She then suggests that I go to Raibles. The Doc Hoilday dude who just minutes previously told me that they do alterations, then repeated the Karen, and suggested that I go to Raibles. On the way back home, I called Bradley's and asked about alterations, and was told AGAIN, that they do them in the store, with no mention of their machine being down. Hmmmmmm. Go to Raibles instead. Better service, and the lady who works there is sweet, and ISN'T a liar and/or incompetent like the clowns...
Read moreThe person at the custom gift counter was nice, thatâs the only reason itâs a 2 star rating. I ordered two 4x6 single sided guidons and the experience was not great. 1st, they werenât ready by the date they said they would be ready. 2nd, when I saw one of them they put the completely wrong unit number on the guidon. 42 instead of 510. I finally was able to pick them up and I had to use them because I didnât have enough time to go somewhere else and finish my project on time, so the list will continue. 3rd, they looked like they were hand sewn and not through a machine. 4th, they are the same size order but they are two different sizes. 5th, it is perhaps the worst sewing job Iâve ever seen. When you look at the examples they have on display, you think that youâre going to get a good productâŚbut thatâs not the case. I shouldâve listen to my gut and used a different company...
