The selection is fantastic, and the staff, particularly the girl at the counter, is always friendly and helpful. My home now proudly displays over 100 plants across its three floors, most of which I've purchased from the Plant Shack in Lewiston and East Aurora locations equally.

However, I do have a small concern to share. Despite the owner’s expertise in pest management, I've been disappointed by a lack of response regarding an unusual insect problem I encountered. After explaining my situation to the staff, who forwarded my details to the owner, I waited over three weeks without any follow-up via text, email, or call. Even a simple acknowledgment of the issue would have been appreciated, rather than leaving my query unaddressed.

Stopped by the Plant Shack tent at the Lewiston garden festival this weekend and due to the warm welcome we received, we ended up making a visit to the shop as well. Hannah and her team are all so incredibly kind and personable. She was quick to give tips on plant care, and even went the extra step of transporting my (rather huge) bird of paradise plant into my car. Cute aesthetic, incredibly reasonable prices, and even better customer service. Talk about a CUTE setup!

This was my last stop on my trip to Niagara and I am so happy I went back for it. The owner was so knowledgeable and was willing to help me find the right plant for what I needed.

The prices were spot on and I even snagged some of the discounted plants and they bounced right back up!

One of my favorite parts of this store is that they placed a pet sticker on all the plants that are safe for cats/dogs.
