Me and my fiancé were dying to check this tour out. We live in Lewiston. We eat in Lewiston. What better way to spend the afternoon? I have purchased this tour as a gift for family members and they have raved about it, so I had to treat myself. Turns out they were right. What an awesome idea! History, food, new people, walking on a sunny day, drinks. It was awesome! Alicia and her husband were amazing! They were so comfortable around people and we had a blast. We learned the history of our beaitiful town while laughing and getting to know each other. There is something to learn on literally every street corner! Who knew? All together this was a very pleasant tour and I couldn’t get enough. I love Lewiston NY. It’s full of great food and stories and this is just a great reminder of that. My husband, parents, and I attended the Lewiston Food Tour this past weekend, and what a lovely time we had! I was born & raised in Lewiston, yet I learned so much history about the town and buildings that I never knew, which was fascinating. All of the food tastings were wonderful ~ there was great variety, and they were well spaced so that I had room to eat everything! Our tour guide, Rita, was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and everything was EXTREMELY well organized (something I very much appreciate!) so that our tastings were ready upon our arrival at each restaurant. I was really impressed with this, and enjoyed it even more than expected. In the future, anytime I visit a new city, I am going to look into available food tours - it's a great way to learn about a place & get an intro into what the city has to offer. We loved this tour. My husband and I were fortunate to be the only two guests signed up for our tour, so we enjoyed the extra attention and the extra time to chat with our guide, restaurant staff, and even fit in a little shopping in town. All the food and drinks were delicious - we ended up going back to Lewiston two days later to revisit a few of our favorite stops and get some more goodies. We are so glad that we found this tour; we would not have visited Lewiston if we hadn't signed up for the tour and now we're already planning our trip back.

A decent little amount of walking is involved, but we enjoyed that aspect of it.

Rita was our guide and she was so knowledge and personable; she made the trip that much more fun.
