POP! Party Supply- Let’s Go Buffalo!!! — Local services in Town of Lockport

Let me just start by saying 10/10!!! Had I of known of POP! Party supply years ago, I would’ve been using them for every occasion, as opposed to any other party supply store. They’ve earned a customer and a fan for life from not only their huge selection and prices, but the quality of their items and their kindness

Needed a last minute piece of a costume urgently, for a parade in Tampa. I needed it WITHIN 2 days. I absolutely couldn’t find this item anywhere online! (Not even Amazon prime) Finally, on page 14 of Google search, right before I gave up, something caught my eye. A store had exactly what I was looking for, but I had realized they are all the way in New York, 1200 miles away. The chance of me calling, placing the order, it getting processed and shipped, and in my hands within 48 hours was a long shot

Or so I thought . I called on a Wednesday morning, spoke with Heather, and let her know my situation. She was really sweet, found the item I was calling for, and assured me she will do absolutely everything she can do to make this work! And it did! Not only did I receive my package in 2 days, I received it in ONE! I opened my door the next day, Thursday morning, and it was sitting right there. The process of me calling to order it, them packaging and shipping it from NY to FL and in making it to my front doorstep via Delivery took less than 24 hours(!!!) Absolutely insane. Madness!

Absolutely horrible I went to the store looking for a sweet 16 for my daughter was shown a few things then the girl said we have tons of balloons that have that which they didn’t but I asked the girl how much they cost she says like 10.00 I said okay I will get the big balloon since it was for my daughters birthday the balloon cost 20.00 for 1 and the girl didn’t even tie it on the weight like it should of been get home not even an hour later it flew away to top it off I called to see if they could replace it the girl chuckled on the other end of the line and says I would have to ask my boss I said ok so she put the phone down and then come back and said well sorry we are not responsible for what happens after you leave the store and I said even for your guys mistake of not tying the string right and she said nope it’s not there problem we’ll sorry to say but I won’t be wasting my money there it’s a rip off sad just to make a few bucks when it don’t cost much to buy abundance of balloons and the cost to fill it come on now...

Review based solely on Trunk or Treat event 2020. I called earlier and was assured event was from 2-6. Couldn't get there until 5 and no one was there. Everyone had packed up and left as soon as contest winners were announced. Was a real bummer since kids were excited. Not sure why they announced winners so early. Information page didn't specify what time winners would be announced. So of course, everyone was gone by the time we got there. Was very pitiful really.
