Maurices — Local services in Town of Lockport

I have been pondering this for a couple of days whether or not I was going to write a review! I decided I could not, not say something. I was in Maurices in Lockport shopping when I heard a young lady who works there belittling another young lady who works there and raising her voice at her in front of customers. The young lady that was being belittled has always been very helpful to me every time I've came in there. However, the other young lady who was doing the belittling has never even asked if she could assist in any way. There were a few customers in there on that particular day. Instead of bullying a co-worker, maybe she could have tried assisting customers. I definitely don't think I will be spending any money there...

I’ll never forget the Lockport store around Christmas last year. All I said was “oh wow you guys still have plastic bags?” To make conversation and she spoke to me like I was stupid telling me in a “you’re dumb” tone (we all know that tone) how plastic bags are illegal in our state and nobody uses them anymore. That they’re not plastic and whatever (mind you places still use them). And I’ll just never forget how she was condescending and couldn’t even hide it in her fake customer service voice. I ordered items online. Very bad experiences. Will never order again. Ordered 6 different items. Came in 4 separate packages. Took a month to receive one item. Called wondering why so long and how come I didn't receive emails with updates. We don't do that... really. This is the worse experience...
