Over charged on four payment types forced to use multiple payment types, system crashes and they defended saying it would reverse the transactions. I was charged for three separate $18.20 charges? And a $58 charge? Totally rude because they were closing and told me because it’s pending it would be reversed. Two shirts and two pairs of sneakers ($58.20), but then because of system malfunctions. Which was forced by the employee overusing a cancellation code versus calling the manager to remedy the issue immediately. Very clean and feels a bit empty compared to older Goodwill stores. The store entrance is in front and the parking and donations entrance is in the back. Donating was very easy and someone came right away to help. They took my kids clothes and shoes, but none were for sale in the store. You cannot donate toys or puzzles. Could be interesting for adult and teen clothes, but not going to replace Once...
