Jay King II provided me with perhaps the best customer service experience I have ever received anywhere anytime!

I am a new T-Mobile customer and in transitioning from another provider, signed up and acquired new phones online, resulting in an absolutely terrible, error-laden activation experience. After perhaps an accumulated 10 hours of phone based customer service engagement stretching over four months, my problems were still not fixed, to my extreme frustration. Out of desperation, I came to this store seeking any possible help, and even though I had not made a single purchase there, Jay quickly became committed to rectifying my situation in the hopes of creating a satisfied new T-Mobile customer. Jay spent considerable time, first diagnosing what had gone wrong (when at least four phone-based customer support staff/managers were unable to do so), and then spending time on the phone with customer support on my behalf.

Jay King not only solved my problems, but turned me from an extremely disgruntled new customer to one who would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is considering a carrier change or just a new purchase to visit the Larchmont T-Mobile store. I couldn't be more grateful,...

Luis at the T-Mobile Corporate store in Larchmont is outstanding ! The whole staff at the T-Mobile store in that location is excellent . Luis and the staff work as a team to service every single person that walks in that door . I went in to simply turn in my old phone for a new one and Luis helped me with every aspect of setting up my new phone . Luis was kind with great energy and made me comfortable the entire time I was there . Also, I felt confident enough to leave the store and get an errand done while he kept my phones with all my personal info. When I returned another, client was taking some of his time also but his coworker quickly stepped up and helped me. The two of them and a third co-worker helped me choose some new accessories and helped to attach them. Usually a trip to the phone store turns into a long sometimes annoying process, but the entire time I was there was a pleasure because of the professional and helpful attitude I received from each staff member . I WROTE THIS UP AND LOST IT AT THR END ! MY NEW T-MOBILE STORE IS POAT ROAD, LARCHMONT, OPPOSITE HOUSE OF PANCAKES! WALKED IN TO A KIND GENTLEMAN NAMED JAMAL, TOLD HIM MY PHONE PROBLEM, HE LITERALLY FIXED IT IN 5 MINS FLAT AND SAID CLOSE UP SOME APPS, SHOWED ME HOW, SAID, "NO MAME, U DON'T NEED A NEW PHONE YET, HE WAS SP PERFECT, COURTEOUS AND SUCH A GENTLEMAN THAT I SAT IN MY CAR, WROTE HIM UP ON MY FB PAGE AND THAT AWESOME EXPERIENCE FOR AN OLDER WOMAN, AND PEOPLE CAME ON SAID, GLAD TO.KNOW, CALL MANAGEMENTNOR CORPORATE, WHICH I WAS GOING TO DO ANYWAY!! THIS GUY NEEDS A RAISE AND/OR PROMOTION! THAT PLEASANT! ALSO KEY, FOR ME, WAS THE EXTREME AMOUNT OF PARKING! IN REALITY, I TOTALLY EXPECTED TO BE THERE, OR ANYWHERE, LIKE IN THE PAST, FOR OVER AN HOUR! 10 MINS IN AND OUT AND THERE WERE MAYBE 4 OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH OTHERS! LARGE, COOL PLACE!
