Do not use this place!!!! Needed a med for my dog, he could die if he does not have...been filling there a year! Now a huge problem.....my vet called them..even said they don't know what they are doing! So unprofessional......pharmacist doesn't know what they Are doing......please....stay away from here if you need a prescription!!!! Especially if it's a med that's really needed! I'd give 0 starts.....but am reporting them to better business beaurea and to pharmacist org on Monday, and attorney General in ny. They treated the wrong person way they did.....I know it's a med for my dog....but he is family to us! Also talked to pharmasist misconduct, filed a report. Pharmacist Justin is incompetent, law for med I needed for my dog only applies to humans! Even had vet call many times! Plus they were closed 2 Thursdays ago since they had no pharmacist! Girl who worked there even told me to find new place, should of listed to her! Justin is rude and not versed in laws re pet medications. They have such low reviews! Needs to be closed! Plus 2x I gave them paper scripts, 2x they said they didn't have! After 20 min they found! That's incompetence! Sad I was a good customer for over a year, they all know it was for my dog.....and they treat you rudely and no caring for my dog.....and these meds keep him alive! Do yourself a favor.....find a new pharmacy! This one is scarey with the level of incompetent behavior! Filing reports against them and Justin....hope they get shut down.....and I checked w other pharmacies in area....not one said I needed what Justin said I needed from vet.....even my vet said they don't seem to know what they are doing! Read other reviews, all bad..so beware! The Walgreens pharmacy in Larchmont ran the wrong insurance for my medication causing them to inform me that my insurance did not cover my meditation, even though I received the 1st of three refills from the same pharmacy in February. I called the store with a rep from my insurance, after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes with the rep, the pharmacy assistant refused to acknowledge a mistake by the pharmacy and even hung up the phone on me.
