What a disappointment to have visited this place . The owner and staff are racists. I tried to ask the owner about what she would recommend for me to buy for a classroom lesson. Instead of being helpful , she was rude and unkind. As a person of Hispanic brown skin woman I have never felt so much hostile when just asking for a recommendation. I know people can be busy but I also saw her having conversations with others and she seemed super nice. She even told the guy that was helping me that he had to charge me more for the strawberries since there was no sign. The only person that was kind and treated me with respect was Willy. BUT his boss Joann or joemly I couldn’t get her named correct when I said it was to leave a review of my experience . It really just makes me upset that people still continued to talk down and see people of cover like myself as inferior! This is not larchmont . Not the larchmont...

Really disappointed - bought over $100.00 worth of plants in April of 2015 and a few of the lavender plants died - out of 4- 2 just shriveled up. - and they were given plenty of attention; everything else did great. When I called them to tell them I about the lavender and how I think there is something wrong - could I bring them back to show them - the women who answered the phone briskly answered "Nope; they are not guaranteed" and hung up the phone. Now, I bought things from them and other nurseries in the past - I do a lot of successful gardening - but wow talk about bad service! This review is long overdue but promised myself I would write it b/c of the level of service I received from Sean was so worth me taking the time to do so. First I know nothing about plants! I wanted to do a little of my own design to my front yard this summer and found it impossible to get answers from Home Depot. I received one on one attentive service from Sean, who knew everything! He was sooo helpful and I will only go see him when in need. Tony's made a customer for life. I'm sure they do so well b/c he's been there over 20+ years. My passion for planting has begun.
