Pet Pantry Warehouse — Local services in Town of Mamaroneck

My cat and I came to this pet store in Larchmont over another pet store in Greenwich because of their amazing reviews and what seemed to be exceptional customer service. I however, had a less then pleasurable experience. Upon entering, neither my cat, my mother or I were greeted. I looked past that, whatever. I find what I’m looking for and head to the register. I was standing there for close to two minutes while the employee was busy doing other stuff. She not once acknowledged me or said anything around the lines of “I’ll be there in a second”. She simply scanned the stuff and asked if I wanted a bag or receipt. This is the exceptional service you guys were referring to? Will not be coming back, not friendly. I went to your store in Larchmont, NY for the 1st time to get a bag of Open Farm and I had to find someone to help me. She pointed out where it was, so I went to grab a bag and there was food on the shelf and upon closer look there were mice droppings on the shelf. The bag had a small hole in it. Both Christopher and adam, employees at the Pet Pantry, are amazing! They both of made me aware that they do not cater to fish nor sell their products. But after expressing my need for help and they both were instrumental in keeping my fish happy and alive. I do not write reviews very often at all... but felt the need to express my gratification to them both....
