Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

Update 9/9/2024 - Tried the New Hartford Pizza Hut again starting a couple of weeks back just to see if there were any improvements. So far for the past couple of weeks things have been much better as compared to the recent year past. Orders have been made exactly as ordered. Asked for extra sauce and received the perfect amount of sauce! Pizza's have tasted GREAT like in the past. Bumping my rating up to 5 stars at this point!

Update 11/19/2023 - Decided to try PH NH again. Order was exactly how it was placed. Asked for extra sauce and received extra sauce. A step in the right direction. Adjusting stars to 3 at this point. Will try them again in a few weeks.

Update 3/16/23 - sauce amount increased slightly for about two orders however for the past two weeks there was very little, almost no, sauce on all pizzas I've ordered. Cheese amount has been reasonable. Dropping down to one star as this is getting ridiculous. Will adjust my review if things improve and are consistent.

Have been going to New Hartford NY Pizza Hut for years, generally weekly. They used to have great consistently made pizza's up until a few years back where now it's hit and miss. Lately it has been a lack of sauce for me and to a point a bit less cheese at times. I don't know if this is a management decision to cut back on things a bit, or an inventory problem, or if its a training issue or maybe a little of everything. Also not having any coupons and only have their Deals, all of which do not fit what I want, makes me want to look elsewhere for pizza more often, unless things improve. Giving them 3 stars...

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I placed an online order at 11:05 for a personal pan pizza and a 20oz bottle of soda, very simple order. I arrived at the business at 11:15, the doors were locked. There was another car in the parking lot with people sitting in it. I called repeatedly from the parking lot and got no answer. The website specified it was open at 11am. I gave up and left, contacted the store an hour later and the clerk lied to me and said they had been open. I was told to provide my name and number and someone would call me back to refund me. I hung up and escalated through corporate--thinking they would respect a customer's experience. I WAS WRONG. As of today---STILL HAVE NOT RECVD MY REFUND. I have recvd nothing but excuses. We all work hard for our money, we deserve the product and services advertised. Clearly that is not a possibility for this Pizza Hut. I was told they are under new leadership, and yet....I still have no refund. DISGUSTING. Lies, theft and excuses. I think I'll give my money to local businesses going forward. BUYER BEWARE----They do NOT care or value you...

Decent meal, but nothing great! I visited the New Hartford, NY tonight, at 8pm and had a "so so" dining experience! I ordered the Meat/Marinara pasta with salad bar and a Pepsi. The pasta was properly cooked, but didn't have enough sauce! Some pasta (near the bottom of the container) didn't have any sauce at all! The salad bar was $9.99 and was NOT worth the money!! The waiter checked up on me periodically to make sure I was taken care of. It's too bad that management got rid of the lunchtime pizza buffet (allegedly because of Covid), but I'll continue to patronize Pizza Hut, but not very often!! Why?? It's expensive!! For ONE person, my meal ended up costing me nearly $30!!!! Pricey for "run of the mill" mediocre pizza and...
