Update: added some photos! Got the bbq pork banhmi this time and the flavors were incredible! Bread was a bit too crispy this time, but otherwise amazing sandwich!

Really nice hidden gem! Came here on a whim while my wife was getting her nails done and I'm so glad I did!

I got the taro boba tea and a combination banhmi. The sandwich definitely hit my top banhmi of any place in the area! Super tasty, the pickled carrots and radish were incredibly delicious, the bread was nice and crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside, and a solid size as well.

Pricing was reasonable, I got a large boba and the banhmi for $16 (less tip). Atmosphere was really nice, very modern and chic.

This place is an absolute must-visit if you're driving around New Windsor. They sell far more than just tea, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the interior is more like a lounge than a restaurant. You will be very surprised by how tasty their milk teas are, I didn't even know that tea could have so much depth in their flavors until I tried them.

If you want to give exotic teas a try then you absolutely need to stop by this place! I've never tried boba until today, and the staff can really educate you if you're uncertain, and its clear that they really enjoy what they do. This is absolutely the best place to get Boba tea! They have so many different options, and I guarantee that each one is worth trying! I definitely spend most of my money here, lol. I would definitely be considered a regular. In addition, the owner and staff are always a pleasure to talk to!
